How big a cask?
A mini cask of your own. You buy a fixed share of a cask filling now — day one, just like a full-barrel owner — then we finish your share privately. Pick a size; the bigger the share, the more bottles you bring home.

You claim a set slice of the cask on day one — locked in from the start, just like a full-barrel owner. At re-rack we draw it into its own finishing cask: your finish, your strength, your name. And like any cask owner, the angels' share is yours, so an older base brings home a few fewer bottles.
Prices shown are an all-in guide for a 5-year base — finishing cask, maturation, storage and bottling included; an older or premium base lands higher. Bottle counts are approximate, and an older cask loses more to evaporation, so the same share returns fewer. Your fraction and price are locked at purchase; final yield is confirmed at bottling.

A smaller barrel wraps more oak around less whiskey — a higher surface-area-to-liquid ratio. The spirit touches more wood, so it draws colour, flavour and character faster. A mini can taste older than its years — that's part of the charm of going small.

Every mini is a freshly seasoned finishing cask — wetted and prepared with its wine or spirit so it gives clean, generous flavour from the first day your whiskey goes in. No tired, dried-out wood.

Your payment today and your small yearly care fee are all there is for years. The final bottling cost only lands when you decide your whiskey is ready to come home — and you’ll know it in good time, in writing, before anything is charged.
It’s one clear, itemised invoice, confirmed on the day against your real bottle count. In the US the final sale completes through a licensed retailer in your state.
